Tips from the Cubicle is a new series from being808 designed to help you get a workout in the workplace. In this installment, Beachbody coach JoAnn Taira Cheung shows us how to do shoulder stretches.

When sitting at a desk all day, typing or being glued to the phone, it’s easy to end up in a hunched position. JoAnn suggests loosening up your neck and shoulder muscles by doing shoulder stretches. Although it might seem like a simple exercise, she demonstrates how to make sure you are doing it correctly.
